HAPPY HOUR AT COTUIT CENTER FOR THE ARTS!

Hi Friends,

Happy first day of summer! And that means Happy Hour at the Cotuit Center for the Arts is just around the corner! Please mark your calendars for Fridays starting July 1st from 4:00 ~ 5:30 PM. Come join in and bring your start of the weekend spirit. Enjoy cocktails, light bites and musical classics from the 30’s to current day. And of course we will have our trivia! And prizes too!

This year I have the good fortune to be performing with Malcolm Granger on piano. Malcolm is a composer, arranger and multi-instrumentalist. He has done arrangements for TV and radio and performed with Bob Hope, Rebecca Paris and other greats. I’m excited for you to hear and get to know him.

I can’t wait to be together again for our third summer of friendship and song. See you soon!!

"Yours Anne" at Eventide Theatre Company

Please come see this wonderfully moving and poignant production of Yours Anne, a musical based off the Broadway play of The Diary of Anne Frank. A secret annex in Amsterdam was home to nine people of the Jewish faith hiding from Hitler's regime for two years. I play the role of Mrs. Van Pels. This production has stirred me like none other. Come Join Celeste Howe and Larry Marsland, two of Cape Cods vocal treasures, with Ted Myers on piano at the Old Sea Pines Inn, in Brewster, every Sunday this summer, from 4:00 till 6:00.

Relax in the casual elegance of the Inn, sip a cocktail, and enjoy the beautiful and sincere singing of these two professionals as they bring you a show sure to delight and touch your heart. Wonderful songs by Kander and Ebb, Bacharach, Nat King Cole, Jerry Herman and Gershwin to mention a few, will be performed. Larry and Celeste love the intimacy of Cabaret and the Sea Pines Inn, with its round table seating for 70 people, is the perfect spot. You may walk in a stranger but you will most certainly leave a friend. See you on Sundays!
